Ben Wilson serves as our primary Sunday morning teacher and works alongside the elders to help shape the vision and direction of the church. He is passionate about preaching in a way that helps people fall in love with the Bible and respond faithfully to its message, and he is dedicated to keeping our church focused on its mission to glorify God by making disciples.

Prior to coming to Harvest in July of 2021, Ben and his wife Rachael lived in Chicago, where Ben trained young Christian leaders as a professor at Moody Bible Institute. Ben completed his PhD in Biblical Studies from Cambridge University and has two masters degrees from Talbot School of Theology. Don’t hold it against him, but he’s also an alum of the University of Oklahoma!

Ben and Rachael have four young children: Evangeline, Teddy, Cora, and Gwyn. The Wilson family enjoys watching college football, spending time with new friends, and getting out on the greenway around Fayetteville.
