We begin our service at 10AM and end around 11:20AM. Most services start with worship music which is followed by teaching from the Bible.
Like most churches we take an offering in our service. If you are a guest, please do not feel obligated to participate in the offering. This is intended for our regular attendees and members who are committed to give faithfully, sacrificially, and cheerfully.
As our guest, we ask that you take a few moments to complete our Connect Card, which is found inside the bulletin you can get on your way into the service. Connect Cards are used to help us learn who you are, so we can serve you better. By filling one out, you can request information, ask for prayer, apply for membership or small groups, or simply indicate your presence with us. In any case, we use it to pray for you during the week by name.
Harvest provides practical Bible messages that help you deal with real life issues. The bulletin you receive has a space on the back to take notes during the message. What you learn on the weekend, you'll be able to use during the week.
At Harvest Bible Chapel, we focus on the heart more than the outward appearance. When you come to our weekend service, you will find people dressed in a variety of styles - come casual (jeans or shorts), or come formal (suits and dresses). However, most people find themselves somewhere in the middle.
We do ask that people wear clothing that does not draw attention to themselves. We think that what you wear to church should not detract from the worship experience of others around you. We want all of the attention to go to Jesus Christ. Therefore, dress modestly so as to magnify Christ, not yourself.
